What can I expect in a session?
Our initial consultation allows me to get to know you and to understand your concerns. Subsequent sessions involve solution focused techniques where I help to guide you in finding solutions to your worries and in exploring the positive changes you can make to your life. This is followed by 20 mins of hypnosis where you can relax your mind listening to the guided relaxation and suggestions that I hope you will find beneficial.
How many sessions are required?
Everyone is different! Sometimes people will notice a difference very quickly after a few sessions and some people will need much more.
Smoking cessations sessions are one 90-minute session.
Fears and phobias usually require four sessions, however can be more.
